How you will make an impact 




As Member Relations Team Leader – Administration, you are responsible for ensuring stable, compliant and high quality delivery of member administration services across markets. You lead a team of Professionals and Senior Professionals, enabling accurate and timely member settlements, excellent farmer experience, strong data integrity and audit ready processes. You act as a key link between operations and stakeholders, translating strategic priorities into clear operational plans and outcomes.

Your background likely includes 






  • Several years of relevant professional experience within administration, finance, accounting, or shared service environments. 








  • Proven experience in leading or coordinating people, tasks, or operational processes. 








  • Strong understanding of member administrative and settlement processes and related controls. 








  • Experience with process optimisationstandardisation or system implementation. 








  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels. 








  • Confidence working with data, reports and digital tools (e.g. Office 365, CRM systems, Power BI). 








  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage (DE, DK, SE, NL, FR). 






 




Additional experience & skills 








  • Handson experience participating in or leading IT projects, system implementations or process transitions. 








  • Understanding of system configuration, data structures and endtoend data flows in administrative or financial processes. 








  • Experience with data migration, data quality validation and reconciliation activities is an advantage. 








  • Ability to work effectively with IT teams, vendors and business stakeholders across different locations. 






 




Key responsibilities 






  • Lead and motivate the Administration team, setting clear objectivespriorities and performance expectations aligned with departmental and company goals. 








  • Ensure endtoend operational excellence across member settlements, master data and related administration processes, securing accuracy, timeliness and compliance. 








  • Act as escalation point for complex operational issues and support the team in resolving 2nd/3rd level cases where needed. 








  • Drive continuous improvement, standardisation and automation of processes, reducing manual work and increasing quality and scalability. 








  • Ensure strong data quality, internal controls and audit readiness across processes; proactively identify risks and implement preventive actions. 








  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders (Logistics, Agriculture, Finance, IT and markets) to secure smooth endtoend processes and successful implementation of changes and projects. 








  • Oversee and support reporting, performance tracking and trend analysis, turning data into actionable insights. 








  • Lead and support implementation of new IT systems and tools within Member Administration, from design through go live and stabilization. 








  • Act as a business owner or key SME for system changes, configurations and enhancements related to settlements, master data and administration processes. 








  • Drive continuous improvement of system usage, data quality and automation, reducing manual work and operational risk. 








  • Develop team capabilities through coaching, feedback and knowledge sharing; ensure documentation, procedures and knowledge assets are up to date and consistently applied. 








  • Support and contribute to relevant IT initiatives, process transitions and system implementations within Member Administration. 






 




Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
