About the position

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Designer to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of a data warehousing solution dedicated to IFRS17 compliance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business requirements, ensuring that our data warehousing solution effectively supports the needs of actuaries worldwide. This position requires a strong understanding of Oracle and Unix environments and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with actuaries and other stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to IFRS17 compliance and data warehousing needs.


• Solution Design: Work with developers to design and propose data warehousing solutions that align with business requirements, leveraging Oracle and Unix technologies to ensure optimal performance and scalability.


• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for actuaries and other key stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring their needs are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.


• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring seamless integration and implementation within the Oracle and Unix environments.


• Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support business decisions, validating data integrity and ensuring compliance with IFRS17 standards.


• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, solution designs, process flows, and user guides.


• Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to stakeholders, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively utilize the data warehousing solution.
