Technical Team Leader

B2B: PLN 170 - 250 / Hour 💰

LOCATION: Kraków (Hybrid Work Mode)*

*Work two days from our Kraków office and enjoy the flexibility of working remotely for three days each week.                    

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who combines strong technical expertise with excellent leadership and people management skills. You’ll play a key role in building and leading a new development team from the ground up, while also staying close to the code – especially in the early stages of the project.

This is an ideal role for a senior-level engineer who has intentionally moved into a managerial path, but still enjoys diving into complex technical challenges when needed.
