To accommodate the technology requirements for our fast-paced industry, we are looking for a superstar technical team leader with a proven track record to join our team and take a leading role of existing project.

We’re looking for an individual motivated to work in a challenging technical environment and who likes to take ownership of tasks/projects. You need to be curious, passionate about what you do and eager to learn and to have initiative to make things better.

This role is more oriented on leading the technical team, focusing on project objectives, team and tasks management. The team consists of people specialized in different areas and technologies, which will require supervision, combining it with team development - from building structure to daily support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team of engineers to develop the effective solutions for food ordering and hospitality oriented software
• Prepare software architecture, design and build platform ensuring the scalability, security and availability of the solution
• Work closely with the management and product Stakeholders to define the objectives and requirements
• Deep understanding of product & system requirements, with translation into generic solutions
• Performing requirements analysis, documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
• Work on composition and delivery plan preparation with progress tracking
• Maintaining production environment and cooperating with support team
• Other job-related duties as assigned

• Experienced with at least 8 years in software development projects in general
• Proven track record of technical leadership in agile teams
• Skilled at communication across departments of engineers, hospitality domain experts and other stakeholders
• Ability to cooperate with business and product teams in terms of setting the vision for data needs and translating it into and end-to-end execution
• Knowledge and experience with working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to organize work for others with analytical mindset.
