About the role:

You will be in the R&D Funtion, as part of a team working to support a wide range of global initiatives related to the monitoring of the evolution of the performance standards and legislation affecting dish and fabric care appliances. The Global Technology and Labs (T&L) is a global team (290+ employees) based in 4 different continents (Europe, Asia, North & South America) responsible to drive, at global level, the definition and the deployment of the technology roadmap related to Dish Washer, Washing Machines and Tumble Dryer:

We are looking for a proactive engineer with a great analytical approach, strong communication/interpersonal skills, and an attitude to continuous Improvement, and Learning Ability. In this role you will act as a reference between the Technology & Laboratories , Architectures  and other functions.

What will you do:

• Coordinate project activities across Global and Regional R&D teams

• Monitor project status (timeline, cost, deliverables) and report progress

• Support planning, tracking, and follow-up of project milestones

• Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders

• Manage risks, escalations, and change requests

• Ensure availability of project documentation and checkpoint materials

Who you are:

• University degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or similar

• Experience or exposure to project coordination or project management environments inside structured R&D function

• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and functions

• Good organizational and analytical skills

• Fluent English

• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project is a plus

You will be based at the Electrolux plant, Product Care office, located in Zarow, where we also have the dishwasher production site.
