Job Description:

Tender Management team provides service to UPS Healthcare Account Management in the United States of America and Europe. By hiring a new team member on this position in an existing team, we would like to manage all internal customers’ requests for RFx support together with delivering a customized UPS responses with content specific to the individual needs and goals of the customer.

His/Her role is to:

• Creating proposal documents, presentations and answering customers’ questionnaires which focus on a customer needs and objectives specific to Healthcare industry

• Researching content library and Seismic

• Developing customized slides

• Ensuring compliance with Healthcare brand guidelines

• Take ownership of the administrative side of the project (organize and moderate internal calls, involve UPS Subject Matter Experts from various fields of expertise, follow up with tender participants on work progress etc.)

We expect from applicants:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

• Very high competency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)

• Customer service oriented

• Organized, flexible with attention devoted to timelines and quality of task performed

• Team player, ability to lead a project and organize project team’s work

• Ability to understand customer situation and requirements as well as UPS needs

• Positive attitude

• At least 6 month employment track at current position in GBS (for current employees)
