Test Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Test Coordinator to join our team and take ownership of the testing process across key projects. This is a hands-on role focused on manual testing, coordination, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on payments systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain test scripts based on business requirements provided by Business Analysts.


• Execute manual test cases and document results clearly and accurately.


• Coordinate testing activities across teams and ensure timely delivery of test phases.


• Prepare detailed reports and summaries of test execution, highlighting issues and progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on manual testing and coordination.


• Proven experience in payments testing (e.g., card payments, bank transfers, payment gateways).


• Strong understanding of test planning, execution, and defect management processes.


• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.


• Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.


• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM) and reporting tools.


• Familiarity with SEPA payments schemes, ISO 20022 messaging, SWIFT formats, TARGET2, EURO1


• Experience in large migration testing will be a plus.
