Test Lead (Manufacturing, Supply Chain Applications)

This position will ensure building strong collaborative partnership with the Technical team and the Business teams within PO&T IT, Corporate functions and Enterprise architecture portfolio to ensure seamless delivery for Functional testing and Test Automation programs. An important aspect of this role will be to collaborate with the quality partners to ensure the QA programs comply with CFR part 11 standards.

The candidate must be a self-starter and possess the drive required to meet the needs of a demanding environment. The successful candidate must have a proven record of accomplishment, and have prior experience working with the stakeholders to drive the QA programs delivery. The successful candidate must have experience in Test automation and knowledge of Performance testing and driving towards delivering results.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide Supervision and Guidance and setting priorities to the hired services contractor(s)
• Provide guidance to the QA team and engage with the project/ program stakeholders to ensure the successful QA delivery
• Manage resource scheduling and tasks. Understand key dependencies across projects and program in the portfolios to ensure that there are no scheduling risks
• Should have a good understanding of the life sciences industry and have knowledge on CFR Part 11 Computer systems validation
• Track and review the quality related metrics within the portfolio and should work with the stakeholders to drive QM best practices
• Should have functional knowledge manufacturing, supply chain applications, QMS software such as Track wise
• Should have experience in testing COTS packages and have experience in formulating test strategy/approach
• Provide inputs into short term and long-term planning for the which may include the technical resources, software etc.
• Provide inputs to the annual cost center and project budgets
• Ensure successful and timely delivery of QA projects with in the portfolio and should ensure that all projects comply with the Biogen’s defined project methodology and processes

• 5+ years of proven experience in leading and managing large supply chain QA programs.
• 4+ years as Test Manager
• 3-4 years of manufacturing, supply chain, QMS and corporate applications
