They are currently seeking an experienced Test Manager to join their team in Warsaw on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on financial services applications, leading testing strategy and execution within agile squads. 

Position Overview 

As Test Manager, you'll play a central role in ensuring quality delivery of straight-through processing (STP) applications. You'll define and maintain comprehensive test plans, implement automation frameworks, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements. Your work will directly impact the quality and reliability of financial services systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and supporting production deployments. 

Responsibilities

  Define and maintain test plans, test cases and test data aligned with business requirements

  Implement automated testing frameworks and integrate with CI/CD pipelines 

  
  

• 
  

  Collaborate with developers, business analysts and solution architects to ensure quality delivery

  Monitor test execution, report defects and drive resolution

  Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements and maintain test documentation 

  
  

• 
  

  Contribute to agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives 

  
  

• 
  

  Support production validation and post-deployment testing activities 

  
  

• 
  

  Drive continuous improvement in testing practices and agile performance metrics

  Ensure compliance with quality and security standards 

  
  

Requirements 

• 
  

  10+ years of experience in test management and quality assurance 

  
  

• 
  

  Strong knowledge of agile testing methodologies including Scrum, Kanban and SAFe 

  
  

• 
  

  Expertise in test management including test planning, execution and defect management 

  
  

• 
  

  Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, REST Assured, JUnit and TestNG 

  
  

• 
  

  Experience with CI/CD integration using Azure DevOps, Jenkins and Git 

  
  

• 
  

  Domain expertise in financial services, straight-through processing and SWIFT messaging 

  
  

• 
  

  Proficiency with tools including JIRA, Confluence, TestRail and Zephyr 

  
  

• 
  

  SQL skills for data validation and testing 

  
  

• 
  

  Knowledge of documentation standards including test plans, test cases and requirements traceability matrix 

  
  

• 
  

  Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner

  Understanding of compliance requirements including GDPR, CSDR and ISO standards
