• Tool cost calculation for plastic, rubber, stamping and aluminum die casting parts and negotiation with suppliers,
• Assessment of tool concepts and tool makers,
• Definition and implementation of an optimized (cost, technology) tool sourcing strategy,
• Collaboration with product development for a tool optimized (cost, technology) design.

• University degree in mechanical engineering (or similar),
• Practical knowledge and real life (tool shop) experience in tooling design, construction, testing, modifications and reparations,
• Experience in tool cost calculation,
• Excellent personal communication skills, experience in working with suppliers.
• English fluent in speech and writing,
• Flexibility for travel, also international,
• Proficiency in MS Office and CAD systems,
• Familiarity with Costing software will be an asset.
