• design and deliver training programs to onboard new customer service agents and provide ongoing development for existing team members
• able to work with counter parts in other comapny locations for uniform approach in training
• provide coaching and support to agents to enhance their product knowledge, communication skills, and customer handling techniques
• evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement
• collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop strategies to address skill gaps and improve overall team performance
• maintain up-to-date training materials and resources to support the learning needs of the team
