Work model: 5 days per week from office in Wroclaw for onboarding and initial collaboration, after which a hybrid model will be followed 



YOUR ROLE: 


 


Join our dynamic Customer Service team as a Global Training Specialist! In this hands-on role, you will design, deliver, and champion onboarding and continuing education programs for our Customer Service teams. You will shape our training curricula, manage learning materials, and track monthly success metrics to ensure alignment with global quality standards.


 


Based in our local hub with minimal travel, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and HR to build impactful system and soft-skills training. Your work will directly empower our teams, drive operational excellence, and foster a vibrant culture of continuous learning. Ready to make a real impact on our customer experience? WHO YOU ARE:


 



  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a customer care, customer support, or call center environment. 

  • Strong hands-on experience in curriculum design, content development, and training delivery. 

  • Proven proficiency in managing and tracking training records within Learning Management Systems (LMS) or HR tools. 

  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and motivate team members across all organizational levels. 

  • Solid knowledge of customer support principles, operational workflows, and soft-skills training methods. 

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 

  • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. 

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA) is highly desirable.
