We are seeking a proactive and initiative-driven Transaction Monitoring/AML Specialist to oversee transaction monitoring, analyze abnormal activity, and respond to the alerts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to transaction monitoring alerts within established ETAs;


• Investigate alert cases thoroughly;


• Create tasks based on investigation results and oversee their resolution;


• Suggest improvements to the current alert system;


• Research transaction monitoring requirements;


• Communicate effectively across teams.

Requirements for This Role:

• 
  High level of responsibility and a results-oriented mindset;


• Strong organizational skills to ensure continuous workflow execution;


• Excellent analytical and communication skills;


• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
