Transport Planning Specialist

Job Title: Transport Planning Specialist

Work Location: Katowice Factory

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily analysis of production plans to schedule shipments of finished goods


• Planning road and sea transport


• Cooperation with production planners and freight forwarders to ensure an optimal shipping process


• Preparing documentation for customs clearance


• Ongoing analysis of inventory levels in internal and external warehouses and managing risks in this area


• Contributing to the work of the Transport Department – optimizing logistics processes in the largest tea company in the world 😊

Expectations:

• Strong command of English (minimum B2 level)


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel


• Experience in logistics and transport, particularly in transport planning and warehouse inventory analysis


• Strong communication skills and openness to collaboration – both with customers and other internal departments


• Ability to multitask and eagerness to learn new things

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA


• Familiarity with customs clearance processes
