Main Responsibilities
- Create engaging web pages that enhance conversion rates and ensure a seamless experience across the nexos.ai website
- Deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business needs
- Maintain and expand the design system in a strategic and sustainable way
- Analyze current website patterns and flows and proactively suggest web UX/UI improvements to drive innovation, consistency, clarity, and ease of use for end users
- Work closely with engineers, web content managers, copywriters, graphic designers, SEO managers, data analytics & other stakeholders for cross-team collaborations
- Suggest new ideas for improving the user experience
Core Requirements
- Proven experience in web design with a portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating engaging web experiences
- Proficiency in Figma, staying up-to-date with the latest feature releases, and implementing them to optimize processes
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect UI and intuitive user experiences
- Interest and ability to utilise AI tools for optimizing the design process
- Experience working with design systems
- Ability to autonomously and proactively identify problems and opportunities and implement improvements
- Great communication and presentation skills, critical thinking, and the ability to rationalize your design choices and their impact on growth metrics to stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, and maintain a strong sense of ownership
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with all stakeholder groups
- A true team player
- Fluency in English
Bonus Points
- Basic technical understanding and familiarity with modern web technologies
- Hands-on experience with user research methods, analytics, usability testing, user interviews, or related UX research techniques
- NOTE: We look forward to your portfolio, particularly highlighting projects focused on website design. Case studies showcasing end-to-end design work are highly appreciated.
Salary Range
- Gross salary is 24000-29000 zt/month
