We're seeking a future team member for the role of Scrum Leader to join our Enterprise Custody Services team. This role is located in Wroclaw - Hybrid. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Build and coach high performing teams and ensure continuous value delivery Oversee the Platform Operating Model (POM) team-level process and coach the pod team members Keep team organized and effectively facilitate agile meetings to ensure full Pod team engagement Remove development impediments (e.g., pod team communication barriers, logistic challenges) Enable close cooperation across all pod team members and foster collaboration with other roles such as Release Train Engineer Shield the pod team from external interference and ensure the Pod team is functional and focused on the sprint goal(s) Ensure continuous improvement of the Pod's maturity, by implementation of agile metrics to effectively track, report pod progress and adopt best practices Ensure delivery of a quality increment, JIRA hygiene is maintained and reflects actual progress. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Deep knowledge and experience with agile ways of working Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master Effective communicator, resolving and managing conflicts while maintaining a positive environment Leadership traits such as integrity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to adapt to change Inspires and motivates others, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment Creative problem-solving skills, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
