Visual Designer 

Job purpose

Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality graphic and video projects. The role focuses on end-to-end execution, including requirement analysis, concept development, and delivery across digital and print formats, ensuring alignment with defined quality standards, brand guidelines, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

The position combines hands-on creative execution with project coordination, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within the global Visual Design Services (VDS) environment.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met


• Act as primary point of contact and owner for assigned projects/tickets


• Coordinate internal teams and manage stakeholder communication throughout delivery


• Perform quality checks and ensure outputs meet defined standards


• Monitor and maintain delivery quality at project level


• Ensure proper handling and execution of tickets


• Provide subject matter expertise within projects


• Contribute to process optimization, operational improvements, and documentation


• Develop and maintain reusable assets, libraries, and setups


• Collaborate across capabilities in daily execution and cross-functional initiatives


• Share knowledge, support onboarding, and mentor team members


• Contribute to capability development and transformation initiatives


• Apply and ensure consistent use of approved tools and platforms


• Support adoption and implementation of new tools and solutions


• Execute pilot projects and contribute to testing new services and solutions

Who you are:

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

• Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience 


• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)


• Experience with video and animation tools (e.g. Premiere, After Effects)


• Hands on experience with AI in visual design and Canva


• eWizard, Website Factor - nice to have


• English proficiency at C1 level


• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills in cross-functional and global environments


• Ability to manage multiple assignments and stakeholders simultaneously


• Ability to translate brand guidelines into engaging designs


• Strong project coordination and delivery execution skills


• High attention to quality, detail, and timelines


• Solid understanding of content production workflows and tools


• Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement

At Bayer, we are committed to transparency, equal pay for equal work or work of equal value, and objective reward practices.

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 8.880,00 PLN. The final salary will be determined based on objective factors such as professional experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility.

This position is be eligible for variable pay components, such as annual or performance-based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.
