Nomi Health was founded in 2019 as a direct healthcare company with a simple yet bold mission: rebuild the healthcare system so it is accessible and affordable for everyone. We are a seeking a VP, Sales Leader to join our team! You will be responsible for building and overseeing a specific geographical market where you will grow the client base and contribute to the expansion of the company presence nationally. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by utilizing the full suite of Nomi’s products. You will do this in part by establishing and nurturing relationships with brokers and consultants in the Third-Party Administration (TPA) sector.
You will lead a market sales team which will develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to hit your individual, and your team’s, sales targets. You are responsible to the development and growth of the team, ensuring that they are successful and can nurture client relationships independently. You will monitor sales targets, strategize on market opportunities, and motivate your team to go after them. You will partner across various business units internally and will work across different departments (i.e. marketing, legal, product) to ensure that your team has what it needs to close deals.
