Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the UK warehouse, including inbound/outbound management, inventory audits, and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
2. Manage regional delivery staff, optimize routing plans to improve efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
3. Handle returns and after-sales repairs promptly, taking full ownership of post-sales management.
4. Lead warehouse and local delivery teams, implement performance management, and motivate staff effectively.
5. Collaborate closely with logistics, HR, finance, and customer service teams to address business needs and resolve issues proactively.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, with fluency in both Chinese and English.
2. 3+ years of UK warehouse management experience, preferably in cross-border e-commerce, overseas warehousing, or logistics.
3. Familiarity with warehouse operations, regional driving deliveries, and related compliance/safety regulations.
4. Strong communication, teamwork, and a high sense of responsibility.
5. Preferred: UK drivers license, forklift certification, or repair experience.
