We are looking for an experienced Zone Sales Manager to support and develop our dealer network across the Polish market. In this role, you will work closely with dealers to improve sales performance, optimize commercial results and ensure compliance with brand standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, monitor market performance and contribute to the successful execution of the sales strategy.

You will

• Act as the primary business partner for assigned dealers, providing day-to-day commercial support, coaching and performance guidance.
• Monitor dealer performance and recommend actions to improve sales, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Support the preparation of sales forecasts and business plans for internal stakeholders and the manufacturer.
• Review, approve and monitor dealer discounts, commercial support and incentive programs.
• Support the implementation of sales campaigns and commercial initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Monitor dealer network performance, including sales results, inventory levels and compliance with brand standards.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses to support business decision-making.
• Coordinate stock and pipeline reporting in cooperation with the Sales team.
• Identify opportunities to optimize sales processes and improve communication across the dealer network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, manufacturer representatives and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Dealer Network Management or a similar commercial role within the automotive industry.
• University degree or equivalent higher education.
• Strong understanding of automotive sales operations and dealer network management.
• Experience working closely with dealers and supporting commercial performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced English.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Driving licence (Category B).
