Job Description - Administrative Assistant - Early Careers Program

As a HR Trainee with German you will be accountable to execute the payroll function Alcon associates or Master Data Management. Accountable for executing high quality and accurate service to associates and Alcon in adherence with the Payroll Service Center service levels (SLAs), key process, and operational metrics (KPIs).

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • managing requests in internal systems,

  • supporting the coordination of internal meetings,

  • monitoring event schedules,

  • assisting in the organization of conferences and marketing meetings,

  • active cooperation with the sales department in organizing meetings (back-office support),

  • preparing basic documents and applications,

  • supporting internal processes (document flow, invoices, contracts),

  • other administrative tasks (scanning, printing, dispatching correspondence).

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

  • knowledge of Microsoft systems and applications,

  • communicative level of English,

  • punctuality and commitment to assigned tasks,

  • responsibility and attention to detail.
