Read all the details below and if it sounds like you, consider joining the team.\n\nAbout the role:\n\nAs a Cash Application Intern, you will gain hands\u2011on experience in a dynamic finance environment, supporting core accounting activities and learning how financial operations work in a global organization. You will collaborate with the accounting team to analyze and reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, support month\u2011end close activities, and assist with internal and external reporting. The role will also expose you to SOX and internal control processes, audit support, bank statement activities, and the use of SAP through financial system interfaces.\n\nYour Responsibilities Will Include:\n\n * Support the daily booking of bank statements, both manually and through automated (RPA) solutions, under the guidance of the team.\n * Assist with the daily clearing of Accounts Receivable invoices by applying customer remittance advices, using both manual and automated processes.\n * Work closely with the Cash Application and GBS Credit \u0026 Collections teams to support the cash application process, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.\n * Help maintain and update process documentation and desktop procedures related to cash application activities.\n * Monitor and support compliance with defined KPIs and operational performance indicators (OPIs).\n * Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing documentation and assisting with Accounts Receivable\u2011related requests.\n * Learn and apply LEAN principles to help improve efficiency and effectiveness within the Order\u2011to\u2011Cash (CtC) processes.\n * Participate in quality initiatives and support the implementation of quality requirements across cash application activities.\n * Contribute ideas for process improvement, standardization, and automation as part of continuous improvement initiatives.\n * Ensure all tasks are performed in line with legal requirements, ethical standards, and the company\u2019s Internal Quality Management System.\n\n\n\nWhat We Look For In You:\n\n * Bachelor student of Finance, Economics or related\n * Proactive attitude\n * Demonstrate analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills\n * Strong verbal \u0026 written communication skills\n * Very good command in English (B2+), Polish would be a plus.\n * Self-motivated yet team player and takes ownership in all responsibilities\n * Continuous Improvement and analytical mindset\n * Available for a temporary internship\n\n\n\nWhat We Can Offer To You:\n\n * Start date 1st of June\n * Hybrid working mode (2 days in the office)\n * Working in an international environment\n * Friendly and supportive work atmosphere\n * Opportunity to grow and develop in a team of professionals \n * Inspirational colleagues \u0026 culture \n * A team-oriented company culture \n * International opportunities \n * Modern office in the center of Warsaw\n\n\n
