Read all the details below and if it sounds like you, consider joining the team.\n\nWe are looking for three motivated Interns to support the team in this role.\n\nAbout the role:\n\nThe Cash Collection Intern supports the Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) team in securing timely customer payments, reducing outstanding receivables, and improving overall cash flow. This role assists with daytoday collection activities, customer communication, and financial reporting while gaining exposure to endtoend Order-to-Cash processes.\n\nYour Responsibilities Will Include:\n\n * Assist with tracking overdue invoices and outstanding balances. \n * Support the collections team in contacting customers via email/phone to follow up on unpaid invoices. \n * Help maintain collection notes and update customer payment status in internal systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP tools).\n * Draft and send payment reminders, statements of account, and escalation notices. \n * Support resolution of customer payment queries, including invoice copies, PO issues, or payment allocation details. \n * Collaborate with the Sales, Billing, and Customer Service teams to address disputes.\n\n\n\nWhat We Look For In You:\n\n * Bachelor student of Finance, Economics or related\n * Proactive attitude\n * Demonstrate analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills\n * Strong verbal \u0026 written communication skills\n * Very good command in English \u0026 Polish (B2+)\n * Self-motivated yet team player and takes ownership in all responsibilities\n * Continuous Improvement and analytical mindset\n * Available for a temporary internship\n\n\n\nWhat We Can Offer To You:\n\n * Start date 1st of June\n * Hybrid working mode (2 days in the office)\n * Working in an international environment\n * Friendly and supportive work atmosphere\n * Opportunity to grow and develop in a team of professionals \n * Inspirational colleagues \u0026 culture \n * A team-oriented company culture \n * International opportunities \n * Modern office in the center of Warsaw\n\n\n
