A Day in the Life

As an Intern, you will support internal communication across the entire Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and Africa regions. You will contribute to Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (ID&E) initiatives, provide valuable assistance to special interest groups, and ensure seamless administrative operations. Your contributions will make a real impact!
 
Internship details:
•    Start date: April 2026
•    Location: Warsaw
•    Duration: 6 months 
•    Working hours: 30h/week with flexibility (exams and holiday period)
•    Work model: hybrid (2 days from office)
 
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
•    Daily cooperation across regional business and departments and supporting the team in day-to-day work
•    Performing normal office functions such as opening PO, processing payments, creating vendors
•    Co-creating internal communications such as program launches, updates, leadership letters, townhall, etc.
•    Supporting the diversity and inclusion team to help build a culture and employee experience which inspires and motivates employees
•    Elevating the employee experience through communication projects and initiatives that inspire and unite our employees around our corporate goals, vision, values, and culture
•    Co-creating webinars and workshops supporting the diversity and inclusion
•    Co-creating employee recognition programs and events that drive engagement and a strong sense of community
 
Required Knowledge and Skills: 
•    Pursuing a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Administration, Business, Psychology, Sociology (you must be a student for the entire internship duration) 
•    Fluent in English language, both spoken and written
•    Good knowledge of MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
•    Eager to learn, open-minded, creative, detail-focused, ability to understand the big picture, self-motivated, and well-organized
 
Would be a plus:
•    Fluent in Polish language
•    Social media experience: personal and at workplace (Viva Engage)
•    Experience in organizing and facilitating workshops, project management
