Controlling Trainee

We’re looking for a Trainee to join our Controlling team based in Poznań.

What you will be doing
You will work approximately 20-30 hours per week with flexible scheduling to accommodate your studies. However, we’ll rely on your support during critical deadlines (mainly the first week of the month).

As a Trainee you will provide support in the following areas:

• Maintaining KPIs calculation and visualization
• Optimizing, standardizing and automating reports, using advanced Excel tools
• Support in preparation and distribution of business reports
• Salesforce incentives calculation and maintenance of sales incentive tool, including data uploads and data checks
• Customer bonus calculation and administrative tasks related to this process

What you bring

• At least one year of Bachelor studies in Accounting or in a related field (e.g. Economics, Finance) completed and a minimum of one year of study ahead of you
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• PowerBI knowledge (nice to have)
• Analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of/willingness to learn SAP FI/CO module
