Due to the development of John Deere Polska (Business Service Center in Poznań) we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:​

Customer Support Apprentice

Poznań

Your responsibilities:​

• Support the Warranty team in organizational tasks


• Assist in organizing and maintaining documentation using MS Office programs


• Help track and update warranty-related content with accuracy and accountability

Our requirements:

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken


• Proficient in MS Office Programs (especially Excel and SharePoint)


• Experience in Power Platform Tools – but not necessary


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset
