In ROCKWOOL, we enrich modern living through innovative stone wool solutions. We are looking for a motivated Data Engineering Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience working with modern data platforms. This is a unique opportunity to work with both Snowflake and Databricks in a real-world, enterprise-grade environment – supporting analytics, data pipelines, and data-driven decision-making on a global scale.
We are on a journey to leverage AI, digitalization, automation, and data to transform our business. You will join a collaborative Data Science & Engineering team working across Denmark and Poland, alongside experienced data engineers, data scientists, and ML engineers. As an intern, you will be mentored and gradually given ownership of tasks, with the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to real projects from day one.
What you will be doing
As a Data Engineering Intern, you will primarily support our Snowflake-based data platform in the marketing & sales domain while also getting exposure to our Databricks-based Factory Data Platform. Your work will span data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and pipeline development. Expect a mix of learning and doing – you'll contribute to production work while building your skills in a supportive team environment.
