Disclosure Management Support Trainee 

The Disclosure Management Support Trainee provides administrative and operational support to the Polish Disclosure Manager by maintaining disclosure-related data, records, and documentation. Ensures accuracy, completeness, and timely updates of disclosure information while supporting compliance with established internal processes, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update disclosure-related databases, systems, and records, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and up to date.


• Support the preparation, organization, filing, and tracking of disclosure documentation in line with defined procedures and timelines.


• Perform routine administrative activities related to disclosure management and data maintenance.


• Coordinate day-to-day disclosure support activities, including monitoring requests, tracking deliverables, and following up on outstanding information.


• Assist in ensuring the timely completion of disclosure-related administrative tasks and documentation requirements.


• Serve as a first point of contact for basic inquiries concerning disclosure data, records, and administrative processes.


• Support adherence to internal policies, compliance requirements, and documentation standards through accurate recordkeeping and process execution.


• Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and other administrative materials required for disclosure activities.


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect, verify, and update disclosure-related information.


• Identify data inconsistencies and support corrective actions to improve data quality and process efficiency.


• Perform other general administrative and operational support duties as assigned.
  
  

Who You Are:

• Experience in administrative support, data management, documentation, or related operational activities.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.


• Good organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.


• Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.


• Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset.


• You are available to work for a minimum of 20 hours per week.


• Fluency in both Polish language and English skills are an must.

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 31,40  PLN per hour. The final salary will be determined based on objective factors such as professional experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility.

Internship duration is 3 months.
