Read all the details below and if it sounds like you, consider joining the team.\n\nAbout the role:\n\nSupporting a variety of duties within the EMEA Travel \u0026 Expense (T\u0026E) function, including processing employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, resolving expense-related queries, and assisting with audits and month-end activities. The role involves daily monitoring of expense transactions, supporting employees via Service Now ticketing system and via phone, and maintaining accurate financial records.\n\nYour responsibilities include:\n\n * Reviewing and processing employee expense reports in line with company policies\n * Verifying receipts and ensuring compliance with T\u0026E guidelines\n * Responding to employee queries in Service Now system and via phone\n * Supporting the resolution of queries related to expense submissions and reimbursements\n * Assisting with audit requests and ensuring proper documentation for T\u0026E processes\n * Maintaining process documentation and supporting continuous improvement initiatives\n * Ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs as defined by GBS\n\n\n\nEnsure all activities comply with legal requirements, ethical standards, and the Internal Quality Management System.\n\nThe candidate will have the opportunity to gain insight into the Travel \u0026 Expense process and work with tools such as Concur, SAP, MS Office (Excel, Word), Service Now.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Student of Finance, Economics, or a related field is an advantage, but not required.\n\n\n\n\n * Proactive attitude\n\n\n\n\n * Strong verbal \u0026 written communication skills and focus on building relationships\n\n\n\n\n * Very good command in English, additional language capabilities are a plus\n\n\n\n\n * Self-motivated\n\n\n\n\nWe offer:\n\n * Start date 1st of June\n\n\n\n\n * Hybrid working mode (3 days in the office)\n\n\n\n\n * Working in an international environment\n\n\n\n\n * Friendly and supportive work atmosphere\n\n\n\n\n * Opportunity to grow and develop in a team of professionals \n\n\n\n\n * Inspirational colleagues \u0026 culture \n\n\n\n\n * A team-oriented company culture \n\n\n\n\n * International opportunities \n\n\n\n\n * Modern office in the center of Warsaw\n\n\n\n\nWe, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
