Read all the details below and if it sounds like you, consider joining the team.\n\nAbout the role:\n\nGBS Intercompany Intern will work closely with Global Intercompany Team supporting three regions: EMEA, APAC and Americas. He/she will use top ERP systems such as SAP ECC and S4 HANA daily to perform different tasks supporting intercompany activities, like netting, cross charges and answering queries from our stakeholders. Intercompany Intern\u2019s role is a key to facilitate numerous changes and process improvements in the organization. He/she will have unique opportunity to support implementation of new ideas in collaboration with other parts of the BSC organization. \n\nYour responsibilities include: \n\n * Supporting in the month/quarter/year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate Close and financial reports preparation. \n\n\n\n\n * Comply with KPI\u2019s and OPIs as defined by GBS. \n\n\n\n\n * Drive compliance in all finance-related matters and ensure compliance with Corporate and local policies, statutory requirements and GAAP principles. \n\n\n\n\n * Participate in implementing quality requirements in all aspects of the financial process. \n\n\n\n\n * Identify and implement process improvement and standardization.\n\n\n\n\n * Ensure all activities comply with legal demands, ethical standards and the Internal Quality.\n\n\n\n\n * Oversee Intercompany activities for the entities in your scope, mainly including cross charge and netting preparation.\n\n\n\n\n * Supporting to process monthly journal entries related to intercompany activities.\n\n\n\n\n * Desktop procedures creation and maintenance.\n\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Advanced Excel skills \n\n\n\n\n * Good understanding of Microsoft Office \n\n\n\n\n * Advanced analytical and numerical skills \n\n\n\n\n * Enthusiastic student of final year of bachelor studies or master level \n\n\n\n\n * Attentive to details (accuracy) is a must \n\n\n\n\n * Polish native with excellent English oral and written communication skills is a must (minimum B2) \n\n\n\n\n * Strong ability to create and maintain relationships \n\n\n\n\n * Ability to work independently and as part of a team \n\n\n\n\n * Good time management \n\n\n\n\n * Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks \n\n\n\n\nWe offer:\n\n * Start date 1st of June 2026\n\n\n\n\n * Hybrid working mode (2 days in the office)\n\n\n\n\n * Working in an international environment\n\n\n\n\n * Friendly and supportive work atmosphere\n\n\n\n\n * Opportunity to grow and develop in a team of professionals \n\n\n\n\n * Inspirational colleagues \u0026 culture \n\n\n\n\n * A team-oriented company culture \n\n\n\n\n * International opportunities \n\n\n\n\n * Modern office in the center of Warsaw\n\n\n\n\nWe, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
