Job Description - Intern - Customer Support


Inbank is a financial technology company with an EU banking license that connects merchants, consumers, and financial institutions on its next-generation embedded finance platform. Our financing solutions are embedded seamlessly into the shopping journey of 6,000+ retailers. This helps our merchant partners grow their businesses, while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.


We are looking for an energetic and organized Intern to join our Customer Support Team. If you want to see how a digital bank manages its customer journey and operations behind the scenes, this is the place for you.


What will you be doing?



  • Responding to email inquiries regarding payment confirmations, installments, and loan balances.

  • Preparing and sending loan agreements and repayment schedules to our customers.

  • Compiling essential documentation for debt collection and internal administrative processes.

  • Posting customer payments on loan accounts and ensuring our records are up to date.

  • Managing outgoing postal correspondence and preparing documents for delivery.


Ideally, you have:



  • An eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to operational tasks.

  • A deep understanding that accuracy is everything in the banking sector.

  • The ability to write clear, professional emails to our customers.

  • Strong prioritization skills and a high level of accountability for your responsibilities.

  • A general interest in banking products and services.
