Intern, Health & Safety (Summer 2025)

Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of EHS programs and policies. Monitor ServiceNow (ticket management system) EHS workflow dashboards for. trends. Analyze issues and address as necessary E-Waste and Hazardous waste management, scheduling, coordination and inspections Conduct research and gather data on environmental regulations, health standards, and safety protocols. Support EHS audits and inspections, document findings, and assist in corrective action planning. Prepare and update EHS training materials and presentations. Participate in team meetings, providing input and updates on assigned projects. Assist in the preparation of EHS reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. Develop skills in data analysis and metrics tracking for EHS performance. Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science,Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Enthusiastic and eager to learn. Previous experience or coursework in EHS is a plus. Experience working collaboratively in a global team environment.
