Intern in GBS People Data & Analytics Team

Join the GBS People Data & Analytics Team and help shape how data is understood, adopted, and used across the organization. 

This role sits at the intersection of data, communication, and change management. You will play an active part in driving adoption of self-service analytics tools by creating engaging content, supporting learning journeys, and helping users build confidence in working with data. 

It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who is curious about technology and data, but most importantly passionate about communication, storytelling, and user experience. 

Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for a creative and proactive individual who:

  Is fluent in English and Polish (written & spoken)

  Has a strong interest in communication, storytelling, and change management

  Is curious about data, analytics, and digital tools (no advanced technical skills required)

  Enjoys creating engaging content (presentations, visuals, learning materials, videos, etc.)

  Is comfortable using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and open to learning new tools (e.g. Power BI, design or content creation tools)

  Has an eye for clear, compelling, and user-friendly communication

  Demonstrates a creative mindset and attention to detail

  Is proactive, organized, and eager to learn and experiment

What will you do? 

In this role, you will: 

• 
  

  Support adoption of self-service analytics tools across the organization 

  
  

• 
  

  Create communication materials (newsletters, presentations, guides, short content pieces) 

  
  

• 
  

  Design and develop training & learning content (user guides, onboarding materials, simple tutorials) 

  
  

• 
  

  Help shape and execute change management activities to increase user engagement 

  
  

• 
  

  Work with the team to translate data concepts into simple, user-friendly messages 

  
  

• 
  

  Explore and apply modern tools and techniques to build engaging visuals and content 

  
  

• 
  

  Support internal campaigns promoting data-driven ways of working 

  
  

• 
  

  Collaborate with data & analytics experts to understand solutions and communicate their value to users
