Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:​

 IT Customer Support Apprentice with German

Poznań, Poland

Your responsibilities: 

• Supporting the IT Request Centre team with day-to-day tasks.


• Interest in data analysis and a proactive attitude toward learning — ideal for those with a knack for working with numbers and patterns, even without formal training.


• Support in handling requests for computer hardware as well as software. 

Our requirements:

• You possess advanced German language skills. 


• You are responsible and not afraid of challenges. 


• Technical knowledge in the broad field of IT is an advantage. 


• Your "can do" and "want to learn" attitude is all you need - we will teach you the rest!
