Junior Deployment Engineer / Specialist - Poznań

Are you about to graduate or have you recently finished your studies and are excited to start your career in technology? Join our Deployment division and help us bring cutting edge networks and digital solutions to life for customers around the world. As a Junior Deployment Engineer / Specialist, you will be part of a team that plans, builds, configures, and activates network and IT solutions in live environments.

You will work closely with experienced engineers to:

• Support the rollout and integration of new platforms and services,


• Participate in installation, configuration, and acceptance testing activities,


• Monitor deployments, identify issues, and contribute to troubleshooting,


• Prepare and maintain technical and operational documentation,


• Collaborate with cross functional teams (design, operations, and customer teams) to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

You don’t need years of experience - we’ll teach you the specifics of our technologies and tools. Your curiosity, drive to learn, and willingness to take ownership are what matter most.

We’re looking for new or recent graduates who:

• Have completed (or are close to completing) a degree, preferably in a technical field (e.g. Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or similar) – but this is not mandatory,


• Are comfortable working with technology and eager to learn new tools and concepts,


• Enjoy solving problems and can approach challenges in a structured, analytical way,


• Communicate clearly in English and like working in a team environment,


• Are willing to work in a dynamic, customer focused setting where priorities can change quickly
  

If you have any exposure to scripting, networking, cloud, or telecoms, that’s a plus - but not a requirement.
