Join Our Brand Team as an Intern in Marketing Department

Become a key part of our Brand Marketing team, where you will directly contribute to New Product Development and Go-to-Market strategy, planning, and execution.

In this role, you will take an active part in bringing innovations to life by assisting with marketing activation plans for Amway Events and supporting product launches across all categories. You will act as a connector between departments, collaborating closely with Digital, Creative, and Project Management teams to ensure the successful execution of our global strategic projects.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Project Tracking: Support Brand Manager in tracking projects timelines and Go To Market deliverables.


• Portfolio & Insights: Support Brand Manager in portfolio initiatives & Market insights.


• Reporting & Presentations: Support Brand team in Marketing presentation preparation and dedicated reporting if needed.


• Collaboration: Participate in and contribute to brand operational team meetings with other functions, as needed.


• Database Maintenance: Support in maintenance of Pricing Database.


• Product Categorization: Support in revision of product categorization.


• Creative Support: Support Digital & Creative teams in project briefs

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Professional Start: Employment contract (Umowa o pracę) for the whole duration of your internship. 


• Education: Final-year student or recent graduate (Marketing, Brand Strategy, Innovation, GTM Plan & Execution, or Project Management). 


• Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken).


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools.


• Professional Attributes: High ownership of assigned tasks, strong attention to detail, and a proactive "hands-on" attitude.


• Key Competencies: Excellent priority setting, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within interfunctional teams.


• Additional Assets: Knowledge of innovation and product development processes, as well as experience in assisting with presentations for senior management.


• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills with an interest in observing influencing and negotiation techniques.
