Master Data Intern

Join our “Financial Master Data” team in Gdansk!

The Financial Master Data Team operates on a global scale, delivering services through all Hapag-Lloyd subsidiaries worldwide.

You will be responsible for ensuring our financial master data is aligned through efficiently resolving maintenance requests, ensuring consistency with documentation, data quality and providing a premier customer experience to our internal stakeholders.

This position will include a 3-month internship period where you will acquire the necessary knowledge about the Master Data Management process in shipping industry.

• Supporting the maintenance and review of financial master data relating to customer accounts in our ERP systems,
• Assisting in ensuring financial master data quality and integrity with internal procedures,
• Processing daily data requests and tickets efficiently,
• Using MS Excel to sort, clean, and combine data from different places,
• Taking part in process related meetings and discussions.

• Basic knowledge of working with data
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good command of English
• Availability minimum 0,5 FTE (20h/week)
