This is a place where you can find a career with meaningful purpose\u2014improving lives through your life\u2019s work.\n\nAbout the role:\n\nReporting to the Data \u0026 Business Solutions Manager, the Master Data Management Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining Customer, Seller and Material Master Data across EMEA. This role also serves as a trusted partner and advisor to our business users, while overseeing a variety of Master Data related activities in SAP ECC / S4HANA and MDG. Additionally, the Master Data Specialist plays a crucial role in continuously improving Data processes to ensure the effective and efficient achievement of business goals and customer satisfaction.\n\nYour responsibilities include: \n\n * Creating, modifying, and maintaining customer, seller and material master data in SAP ECC, SAP S4HANA, MDG and other systems\n * Investigating potential data issues across applications, identifying solutions, and implementing them effectively\n * Engaging in Master Data activities as part of mergers and acquisitions\n * Conducting continuous process reviews, identifying and proposing opportunities for improvement to enhance Master Data quality, efficiency, and effectiveness\n * Supporting EMEA-wide master data related projects and enhancements\n * Documenting data management processes, workflows and governance standards\n * Providing required support for audits (e.g. SOX)\n * Working closely with diverse functions, including Customer Care, Marketing, Finance, and Sales\n * Cultivating a collaborative environment\n * \n\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Currently Studying Bachelors or Masters (IT, Data Analytics).\n * Proficient English \u0026 fluent Polish (C1)\n * Additional languages are an asset (French, Spanish, Italian)\n * Good analytical and problem-solving skills\n * Strong communication and collaboration skills\n * Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines\n * Self-starter with a sense of urgency to complete activities and projects with high quality\n\n\n\nWe offer:\n\n * Start date 1st of June\n * Hybrid working mode (3 days in the office)\n * Working in an international environment\n * Friendly and supportive work atmosphere\n * Opportunity to grow and develop in a team of professionals\n * Inspirational colleagues \u0026 culture \n * A team-oriented company culture \n * International opportunities \n * Modern office in the center of Warsaw\n\n\n\nWe, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
