About the role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated OtC (Order-to-Cash) Intern to join our Accounts Receivable team. In this role, you will support the invoicing process by accurately generating and issuing customer invoices, ensuring timely and precise billing. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a key finance function within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your main scope of duties and responsibilities include:

• Assistance in invoices' processing
• Mailbox handling
• Cooperation with Credit Control Team and other Teams in the company in case of discrepancies

We expect you to have:

• Academic Background: Enrolled in Accounting, Finance, or a related program will be an asset
• Excel Skills: Proficient in Excel, including conditional formatting, sorting, and basic formulas.
• Language Proficiency: Comfortable with spoken and written English
• Positive Attitude: Positive, friendly, and has a sense of humor
• Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Team Player: Collaborative and enjoys working in a team
• Eager to Learn: Proactively seeks hands-on experience in Accounting/Finance
• Adaptability: Quickly adapts to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
