Read all the details below and if it sounds like you, consider joining the team.\n\nAbout The Role: \n\nPayroll Intern will work closely with our HR and GBS Teams supporting EMEA countries in delivery smooth payroll to BSC employees. He/she will use top class ERP systems such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactors and SAP daily to perform different tasks supporting payroll processing and address queries from our stakeholders. Payroll Intern\u2019s role is a key to facilitate numerous changes and process improvements in the organization. He/she will have unique opportunity to support implementation of new ideas in collaboration with other parts of the BSC organization. \n\nYour Responsibilities Will Be:\n\n * Work closely with the HR and GBS Payroll teams supporting EMEA region \n\n\n\n\n * Creation and upload of content (e.g. FAQs) into newly setup intranet (payroll subpage) \n\n\n\n\n * Review and triage of new ServiceNow employee queries \n\n\n\n\n * Creation and running ad hoc ServiceNow reports \n\n\n\n\n * Export data from SAP ECC for reconciliation purpose \n\n\n\n\n * Analysis of employee master data (SuccessFactors reports) \n\n\n\n\n * Support automation projects (e.g. testing new macros) \n\n\n\n\nWhat We Are Looking For In You:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field.\n\n\n\n\n * Advanced Excel skills.\n\n\n\n\n * Fluency in Polish and English (C1), any other language is a plus.\n\n\n\n\n * Good understanding of Microsoft Office.\n\n\n\n\n * Advanced analytical and numerical skills. \n\n\n\n\n * Strong ability to create and maintain relationships. \n\n\n\n\n * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n\n\n\n\n * Good time management.\n\n\n\n\n * Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.\n\n\n\n\nWhat We Can Offer To You:\n\n * Up to 12-month Intern contract and flexibility around working hours (30-40 hours) \n\n\n\n\n * Hybrid working mode (3 days in the office) \n\n\n\n\n * Working in an international environment \n\n\n\n\n * Friendly and supportive work atmosphere \n\n\n\n\n * Opportunity to grow and develop in a team of professionals \n\n\n\n\n * Inspirational colleagues \u0026 culture \n\n\n\n\n * A team-oriented company culture \n\n\n\n\n * International opportunities \n\n\n\n\n * Modern office in the center of Warsaw\n\n\n\n\nWe, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
