Join our Procurement Excellence Center and become part of a team that directly supports Philips’ mission to improve people’s lives.

In this role, you will support the Team with Market Procurement scope that enables Philips sales teams to deliver complete solutions to hospitals and healthcare professionals worldwide. You’ll gain hands-on experience in supplier management, data analysis, and operational procurement – all in a high-energy, results-driven environment.

Your Role:

• Managing supplier communication and building professional relationships​

• Supporting sourcing activities by collecting and analyzing supplier quotations

• Contributing to supplier qualification processes for customer projects

• Working with data – running reports, cleaning systems, and ensuring data accuracy

• Handling operational and administrative tasks essential for smooth team performance

You're the Right Fit if:

• You are a student in at least 2nd year of Bachelor studies

• You are fluent in English and Polish and have very good communication skills

• You have analytical, proactive, detail-focused skills

• You are available to work at least 35 hours/week

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
