Paid Internship - Communications Support (IT Enterprise Architecture)

Join our IT Enterprise Architecture team in a paid internship and support key communication initiatives. You'll help refine and communicate our technical roadmap, organize events, and support engagement activities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain IT architecture documentation (system diagrams, process flows, etc.);
• Manage meeting minutes, action items, and knowledge base;
• Develop and execute communication plans for IT architecture projects;
• Support IT architecture planning workshops (virtual/on-site);
• Contribute to blog posts and internal community updates;
• Help manage projects using Agile/SCRUM principles.

• You are a 3rd and 4th year student of Computer Science (or a related field preferred);
• You are available at least 20 hours a week;
• Interest in IT architecture, digital transformation, and technology planning;
• Excellent written/verbal English and Polish skills (required);
• Familiarity with documentation/collaboration tools (Confluence, Miro, etc.);
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently;
• Knowledge of Agile principles and SCRUM methodology is a plus.
