Student Internship - Purchase and Controlling Department

This Position reports to:

At the Corporate Technology Center in Kraków, we create innovative solutions that are implemented in ABB products and systems. This is a unique opportunity to join interdisciplinary scientific teams and international projects where expertise, curiosity, and innovation are highly valued.

About the Internship

• Start date: As soon as possible (preferably August 1, 2026)
• Hybrid work model: Only 8 office days per month
• Availability: 20 hours per week

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the lifecycle of fixed assets, including creation, updates, transfers, and disposal
• Support fixed asset inventory processes and ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Handle administrative processes, including vendor master data updates and company mobile phone replacements
• Verify and process invoices while supporting the administration of business expenses (e.g. DHL and parking)
• Prepare basic reports and analyses to support the Controlling team

Requirements:

• 2nd or 3rd-year student pursuing a degree in Controlling, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, willingness to take on new responsibilities, reliability, and problem-solving abilities
• English proficiency at B2 level
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage
