 As a Trainee, you become a part of our Global Shared Services in Gdansk. Here, you won’t find factory machines or farmers. Instead, you will join over 850 colleagues dedicated to supporting all of Arla with IT, HR, Financial and Procurement Operations. About the job

Thanks to your passion and engagement, you will have the opportunity to support performance and collaboration culture along with our teams. 

Your main focus will be assisting your team in cooperation with internal clients as well as their customers and vendors within SAP system.

For Trainees in Arla Summer Internship Program we have prepared exciting journey which will prepare them to professional career in large organization. Together with other participants of the program they will be able to share their experience and views. 

Who are you?

We are currently looking for students or graduates of Finance, Accounting, Management, IT, Data Engineering, Economic Analysis, HR, Communication, Scandinavian, German or Dutch studies or similar area, who will take part in our 3-months paid Summer Internship as a full time trainee between July-September 2026.

To be successful in this role you should:

• Speak English fluently


• Be an ambitious person and open to challenges


• Have attention to details


• Have a can-do attitude
