RIGHT NOW.\n\nDue to the development of John Deere Polska (Business Service Center in Pozna\u0144) we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:\u200b\n\nSupply Management Apprentice \n\nPozna\u0144, Poland \n\nYour responsibilities:\u200b\n\n * Order confirmation management support\n * Analyze order confirmations received via email.\n * Maintain and update an Excel tracking sheet.\n * Update order details in SAP (quantity, price, due date) for both Saran and Arc-les-Gray units.\n * Support for France electronic invoicing regulation\n * Collect supplier information from the shared mailbox (communication handled by another team member).\n * Update supplier accounts in the John Deere Supplier Profile module.\n * Operational support for planning activities, including:\n * Parameter updates \u2013 Maintain purchasing document and material master data in SAP.\n * Document transmission \u2013 Handle internal SAP document transfers and resolve related errors.\n\n\n\n\u200b\n\nOur requirements:\n\n * Student status.\n * Availability for 100-120 hours/month.\n * Basic Microsoft Office skills.\n * Good command of English. \n * Nice to have: SAP experience, Data Analytics, Automation, AI skills, French language.\n\n\n\nWhat we offer:\u200b\n\n * Paid internship in an international company.\n * Possibility to combine the internship with classes at the university.\n * Hybrid work model.\n * Modern and comfortable office area at the Business Garden in Pozna\u0144.\n * Gaining experience in the supply management area.\n * Free access to our e-learning platform \u2013 over 1000 courses.\n * Friendly international working environment.\n\n\n\nPlease send an English version of your CV.\n\nJohn Deere is an equal opportunity employer.
