Overview:


Precisely’s Summer Internship Program is a paid, part-time opportunity for undergraduate students actively enrolled in university. The program that begins July 1st and concludes September 30th. The Support Engineer Intern will work closely with the Support team.


The Technical Support Intern will assist with improving our internal IT support processes and enhancing end-user experience across the organization. You will help document recurring technical issues, contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles, and support the implementation of service desk improvements. Key project deliverables include a documented knowledge base resource library, a summary report of common support trends, and measurable improvements in ticket response workflows. By the end of the internship, we expect you to have contributed to a more efficient and user-friendly technical support system. Develop AI Support agents. 


What you will do:



  • You will research AI Support tools. 

  • You will create and test AI Support agents to improve day-to-day work. 

  • You will document recurring technical issues and help us build a structured knowledge base for future reference. 

  • You will assist with troubleshooting software, and network-related problems for team members. 

  • You will collaborate with us to analyze support ticket trends and recommend process improvements. 

  • You will test system updates and communicate findings to ensure minimal disruption. 

  • You will escalate complex issues to senior team members while maintaining clear documentation. 

  • You will collaborate with the global team to implement processes.


What we are looking for:



  •  Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or macOS) 

  • Familiarity with common business software (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.) 

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to document processes in an organized and detailed manner 

  • Time management and ability to prioritize tasks 

  • Willingness to learn new systems and technologies quickly 

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with us and across teams

Salary: 4500 PLN gross per month
