Trainee in S2P Operations - Gdańsk

Our Source to pay (S2P) department keeps that system running smoothly by managing cash flow and paying vendors. We are searching for a Trainee join our accounts payable team to be part of the process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The accounts payable specialist will have both a day-to-day impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.    

How you will make an impact

• Verify invoices in Smart Scan to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.


• Process PO and non-PO invoices, as well as credit notes, in SAP in a timely and efficient manner.


• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth financial operations.


• Prepare and validate data required for Intrastat reporting.


• Resolve ad-hoc requests and manage escalations with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.


• Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and service quality.


• Support your direct supervisor with additional tasks and projects as required.

•  You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
