Trainee in Source to Pay - Gdańsk

Join our Source to Pay team and play a key role in managing Arla's payables. Our goal is to provide professional and efficient service to our suppliers and stakeholders. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in an international environment, develop your skills, and explore new solutions.

How you will make an impact:

• Verify incoming documents using standard procedures and knowledge specific to each country.


• Post PO and non-PO invoices into SAP promptly and maintain the required quality standards.


• Handle customer service inquiries related to financial transactions with promptness and professionalism.


• Help optimize financial transactions, enhance vendor relationships through prompt payments.

What will make you successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a similar area.


• Fluency in English.


• Good communication skills.


• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.


• A focus on improvement with an active approach to solving problems.


• Good knowledge of the MS Office package, particularly Excel.


• Nice to have: German proficiency (at least B1 level)

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
