AI Team Leader

• Understand business area needs and translate them into AI -driven solutions.
  
• Lead the technical execution of AI projects, ensuring tangible outcomes.
  
• Guide a development team, including task assignment, code review, and implementing best practices.
  
• Design, develop, and integrate generative AI solutions such as chatbots, agentic systems, and decision -support models using LLMs.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business goals.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
  
• +5 years of experience in generative AI, including chatbots, agentic systems, and LLM -based decision -support models.
  
• Strong technical leadership skills and experience managing development teams.
  
• Experience in defining tasks, reviewing code, and enforcing software development best practices.
  
• Ability to bridge business needs with technical implementation.
