Cloud & Windows Administrator

Requirements

• +3 years of experience in similar roles and 5 years in the IT sector.
  
• Experience in standard service requests, change management, and provisioning.
  
• Azure Monitoring: Azure platform, Azure resources, Azure DevOps pipeline events, Azure services such as managed databases, etc.
  
• Azure Incident Resolution: provide technical support, resolve incidents, and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
  
• Azure Administration: OS management, patch management, Kubernetes (AKS), backup management, tags, dashboards, etc.
  
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): review or develop new Terraform code or Azure DevOps pipelines.
  
• Windows Server Administration: installation, configuration, and management of Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
  
• Active Directory and Group Policies: manage and troubleshoot AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
  
• Performance Optimization: monitor and optimize system performance, including capacity planning and resource allocation.
  
• System Administration: installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux systems.
  
• Azure Certifications.
  
• Mandatory English & Spanish B2 level minimum

• Experience in AWS administration.
  
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator.
